Then you can drive them forever. For various reasons there are some years you want to stay away from. 84 is a good example as it was the first year for the C4 series. The best bang for the buck right now is a C5 which was made between 1997 and 2004. The most room inside, fast and 28 MPG on the highway. You can get a nice one in the high eighteen thousands. You can buy many C4s under ten large. I here ebay is good but I’ve never used them. But you can get a good idea of costs.
